If you purchased a license via our website, we need to manually process your order. This takes a bit of time. In the interim, please download and install the app, and click “Unlock more features”, followed by “Request product key”, or otherwise reach out to our team by e-mailing support@foldercolorchanger.com.
If you purchased a license from within the app, the order process should be automated, and you should typically receive your product key within a few minutes. If you don’t, please reach out to our team by e-mailing support@foldercolorchanger.com.
Please bear in mind that we’re based in South Africa. Our working hours are Mondays to Fridays 10am to 6pm, Central African Time (CAT/GMT+2), excluding South African public holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response from our team.
We respectfully ask that new users refrain from filing a PayPal case should you not receive a product key right away after payment. E-mails do get delayed from time to time. Please reach out to our team for assistance. We are most happy to assist you.
Warning: Some users have received their product key, activated the app, and proceeded to file a PayPal case in any case. Please note we will block your product key, preventing further use of the app. You will also not be able to update the app. Please note: If you intentionally harm our reputation as a legitimate software vendor, or in any way obstruct our business with any of our payment processors, we will take action against you.
