IF YOU PURCHASED A PRODUCT KEY

If you haven’t done so already, (1) please download and install the latest version of the app from here. (2) Once installed, please click “Request product key” to send us your activation request. 

(Please note, if you purchased your key from within the app, you should receive an e-mail with your product key within a few minutes, if this is not the case, click “Request product key” from within the app to send us your activation request).

IF YOU PURCHASED IMAGE SEARCH CREDITS

Your credits should be allocated automatically. If this is not the case, please click “Validate transaction” on the “Image search” window to validate your PayPal payment. Please have the invoice ID (not the transaction ID) on your PayPal receipt ready.
